In this photo, I see the side of the building, a metal fire escape and its shadow.
What does this photograph remind you of?
This photo makes me think of an apartment or a hotel and a person on a walk underneath.
What can you tell or describe about the colors in this photograph? If it is black & white, how do you
describe the value? What color/value is used the most in this photograph?
The black looks great against the side of the building especially since the building has lots of texture and is lighter.
What sounds would this photograph make (if it could)?
If I could hear what the photographer heard when taking this photo I imagine it would be loud with lots of people talking, maybe some construction or other common city noises.
Do you think the person who made the photograph did a good or bad job? What makes you think so?
I feel the photographer did a great job capturing the shadow and contrast on this building and the photo also uses a good perspective.

What words would you use to describe this photograph? What other words might we use?
I would describe this photo as thought-provoking, inventive and clever.
What interests you most about this work of art?
The most interesting parts of this piece are the reflection and the emotions she was able to capture. The reflection looks nice because it's almost like she was able to capture two photos in one. Also, the two people reflected on her seem to be in different moods (one happy and one angry or upset). Since she made them reflected on her, I wonder if she did this to represent some of her own feelings at the time.
How do you think the photographer made this work?
She must have taken this photo through glass but it looks like both, where she is and where the other two people are is outside so I'm guessing there was a piece of glass outside.
What do you think is going on in this picture? How did you arrive at that idea?
I think the two people must be disagreeing on something or perhaps one was teasing the other because one seems happy and the other annoyed.
Do you think the person who made the photograph did a good or bad job? What makes you think so?
I think she did an amazing job capturing this scene because she did it with out interrupting the scene and with a beautiful reflection.
