GUARANTOR POWERS - SELF PORTRAIT TRIPTYCH

(I do not have the photos saved seperatly. I worked on it a lot at home and so I don't have them)

Guarantor power one: My sisters. They know me pretty well so they know that I love animals especially my cat Paris.

Guarantor power two (right): My friends. They also know me very well and they know I like to read a lot.

Symbolism: My cat represents my love for animals. The head phones represent my love for any kind of art including music. The book represents my love of books.

Artist statement: I could have improved this in many ways for example including more symbolism.

I don't feel great about this piece because I don't like pictures of myself and it doesn't feel well executed.

I feel my work didn't meet all the standards because it was more literal than symbolic and I struggled to come up with ideas for it.

Next time I would spend more time planning because this time I couldn't come up with ideas so I kinda through something together. I also think I should try harder to work with the resources I have.
